Easter Course 2012
Tuesday 10th April - Friday 13th April 2012
The RSCM Millennium Youth Choir’s 2012 Easter Course will be held in Kent, recording a new CD in the chapel of Tonbridge School. The chapel is a wonderful place to record, and has been used by ensembles such as The Gabrieli Consort and Players, Clare College Choir and the Vasari Singers. The CD will include music by established composers with links to the RSCM such as Malcolm Archer and Philip Wilby as well as up-and-coming new talent including Thomas Hewitt Jones and Owain Park.
The course will be conducted by David Ogden with organist Daniel Moult. The vocal coach is Hilary Llystyn Jones.
The course begins at 11am on Tuesday 10th April, and finishes at 5pm on Friday 13th April.

Accommodation and course fee
Accommodation is in a mix of shared and single rooms in the boarding houses of Tonbridge School. The course fee is £295.
Getting there
The school is ideally located on Tonbridge High Street, close to major road and rail links, only ten minutes' drive from the M25 and half an hour's drive from Gatwick Airport. It is fifteen minutes' walk from Tonbridge railway station which enjoys a frequent service to London Charing Cross.

Advance rail tickets go on sale around 12 weeks before the date of travel, so will be available from the end of January. Different train operators release them at different times. You can sign up here for an alert when your journey goes on sale.

Pay a deposit to secure your place
