Easter Course
Salisbury and Wells, 7th to 10th April 2014

The RSCM Millennium Youth Choir’s 2014 Easter Course will be held in Salisbury, singing Evensong at Salisbury Cathedral on Monday and Tuesday, and Evensong in Wells Cathedral on Wednesday. On Thursday the choir will give an hour-long concert at St Martin's Church in Salisbury. The course will also include conducting workshops and vocal tuition.

Course fee

The course fee is £390 which includes all tuition, music hire, accommodation for three nights, breakfasts, evening meals and lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Accommodation is in single and twin rooms at Godolphin School in Salisbury.

Payment

The course fee is £390. A deposit of £100 is required to secure your place, and the balance is payable at least one week before the start of the course. If you will have difficulty paying it all before the course please contact us to sort out alternative arrangements.

Bursaries

A limited number of bursaries are available to people who would otherwise not be able to afford the full course fee. Please download the bursary form, complete it with details of two referees and send to the address on the form as soon as possible.

Getting to Salisbury

By rail

There is a direct service to and from London Waterloo, which takes about 90 minutes. There are regular services to London, Bath and Portsmouth and Salisbury is also easily accessible by rail from Exeter, Southampton, Bristol, and Cardiff - visit the National Rail Enquiries website or call 08457 484950 for train times and fares.

By bus and coach

There are regular National Express coach services into Salisbury from London, Heathrow, Gatwick, Bath, Bristol and the Midlands.

By road

London is approximately 2 hours drive away from Salisbury; Exeter and the West Country can be reached within two hours, as can the Midlands.
